Surviving an Active Shooter Incident, 8 Hour
This course, geared for citizens, teaches them how to greatly increase their chances of survival. In addition to the 4-hour version, this includes tabletop exercises & mock scenarios, allowing participants to practice what they've learned using their own environment in a practical application.
This course is geared toward civilians and takes participants through a detailed history of active shooter incidents. It examines the findings of a 13-year government study on the subject to identify key facts as well as trends. Participants learn what they can do to greatly increase their chances of survival if faced with this type of situation. This highly interactive course includes instruction, group breakout sessions, tabletop exercises and mock scenarios allowing participants to practice what they have learned in their own environment.
